In a time when personal connection often takes a back seat to automation, Jazz is turning the tide, one neighborhood at a time. Known for their expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, Jazz is expanding their mission of being “Trusted by Neighbors, Loved by Homes” by stepping beyond service calls and into the heart of the community.

What began as a passion for serving local homeowners has blossomed into a series of community-focused events across the Bay Area, Sacramento, and Santa Rosa. From local pop-ups and fundraisers to appearances at major home shows, Jazz is finding new ways to build meaningful relationships with the people behind the properties they serve.

“Hosting community events allows us to truly connect with our neighbors,” says Bozzi, the general manager. “It’s more than fixing a heater or installing a light fixture, it’s about being present, giving back, and making our neighborhoods stronger.”

At their most recent home show, Jazz wowed attendees with cutting-edge home comfort innovations, including energy-efficient HVAC systems, smart home integrations, and their increasingly popular all-in-one membership plans. Visitors were also introduced to Jazz’s expanded plumbing and electrical services, underscoring the company’s evolution into a full-service home comfort provider.

“The feedback was incredible,”  says Bozzi, the general manager. “People were genuinely excited to see a local company offering advanced solutions without losing that personal touch.”

Unlike traditional marketing, Jazz’s grassroots presence allows for real conversations with homeowners, conversations that help the company fine-tune its offerings and stay grounded in real community needs.

“We’re not just trucks on the road,” the Jazz team explains. “We’re your neighbors. You might see one of our techs fixing a leak during the week and volunteering at a local food drive on the weekend. That’s the kind of trust we’re building.”

And the momentum is only growing. Jazz is currently in the planning stages for their own branded events, think neighborhood home improvement fairs featuring local vendors, live demos, and charitable raffles benefiting organizations like the East Bay SPCA. These upcoming events aim to create a space where homeowners can learn, connect, and give back, all in a fun, family-friendly environment.

Behind the scenes, it’s a true team effort. From booth design and giveaways to assembling on-site crews, Jazz events are powered by the same people who answer service calls and greet customers daily.

“Our staff takes a lot of pride in these events,” says Bozzi, the general manager. “Seeing the excitement and unity within our team, and how that translates to public engagement, is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.”

Looking ahead, Jazz has its sights set on sustainable growth: expanding services, strengthening teams, and staying rooted in community values. With a strong emphasis on hiring individuals who care deeply about their work and neighborhoods, Jazz is committed to maintaining its reputation as a company that homeowners are proud to welcome, not only into their homes, but into their lives.
