In an Instagram Story, the popular online food critic posted a survey with four options.
DALLAS — Social media food critic Keith Lee announced he was coming to Dallas earlier this month, and as part of the announcement he said he would post a poll to vote on suggestions to try.
Although he is not a professional food critic, his reviews have a lasting impact on small businesses thanks to his huge following on social media. If you’re not sure who he is, take a look at Lee’s online presence.
So with Lee’s upcoming visit to Dallas, people asked him to suggest food spots to review.
He divides restaurants into three categories:
- A place with good food and good customer service but needs more marketing
- Local favorites as voted by DFW locals
- Restaurants with diverse backgrounds
Now, you have more options. Lee posted the poll on his Instagram Story on Friday. The options are:
- pangea
- Aunt Irene’s
- terry blacks
- kitchen + cocktails

Pangea Restaurant & Bar in Garland “reflects our favorite flavors and cuisines from around the world,” according to the restaurant’s website. Dallas native Kevin ‘Chef Kev’ Ashed started Pangea as a home for his favorite recipes and gourmet dishes so that Dallas residents and visitors from all over the United States could experience the best that food has to offer, Web said. It is written on the site.
