According to new reports, the Prince of Wales visits his wife Princess Kate every day while she is recovering in hospital.

Kate, 42, has been staying at a private clinic in London, based in Marylebone, after undergoing abdominal surgery on January 16.

Prince William has since cut back on his work, but his last public appearance was on January 18, when he drove himself to a hospital in London.

The royal couple’s three children, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5, are reportedly yet to visit their mother.

The brothers spent last Sunday with their grandparents, Michael and Carole Middleton, at their Berkshire home, The Sun reported.

It’s no surprise that the Middleton family is helping out in any way they can. The very hands-on, doting grandparents live in the village of Bucklebury, about 40 minutes’ drive from their family home, Adelaide Cottage, in Wales.

Prince William has been caring for the children at his Windsor home since Duchess Kate was hospitalized last week. The couple strives to make sure things are as normal as possible.

Prince William, 41, will no doubt also have the support of nanny Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo, who studied at Bath’s prestigious Norland University and has worked for the royal family since 2014, when Prince George was eight months old. .

Earlier this week, Prince William was seen leaving a clinic in London after visiting the Princess of Wales.

The palace did not reveal what kind of treatment Duchess Kate was undergoing, but confirmed that she did not have cancer. “The Princess of Wales greatly appreciates the interest this statement has generated,” the palace said in a statement.

“She hopes the public understands her desire to maintain as much normalcy as possible for her children and her desire to keep her personal medical information private.” is.

“Kensington Palace will therefore only provide updates on His Royal Highness’ progress if there is significant new information to share.

“The Princess of Wales would like to apologize to everyone involved for the fact that she has had to postpone upcoming engagements. She looks forward to bringing back as many people as possible as soon as possible.” .”
