For Tim Campbell and Jason Check, owners of Pecan Lake Entertainment, this family-focused destination was a passion project.

“[We] We want people to know it’s a locally owned business. The owner of this project lives right next door. We invest in our community. We have been working with the town council. We worked with neighbors and staff to get feedback on how we can improve this,” Campbell said. “We will be working with local schools and other organizations to look at ways to raise funds and do different activities that will benefit the community, especially the young people in the community. That’s a big issue for us.”

“one of [the projects] It is a 16,000 sqft building. The Pit House…We’re going to open a pizza place – it’s a restaurant, we’re going to serve pizza – it’s a franchise. And the arcade is going to be open, so there’s going to be a lot of fun and new games,” Cech said. “The other part of the pit house is an electric cart. [It] It starts indoors, followed by a 400 meter outdoor track. This means you start on the inside, get instructions, then go outside to enjoy a lap around the track. Then it goes back inside and ends there. This building has already started and is currently under construction. We expect construction to take approximately 12 months. ”

“It’s very similar to the surfing experience you get when you’re on a cruise ship. You’re at the back of the ship, so it’s really a surfing experience,” Cech said.

This building will have an observation deck.
