The leaders in this group run businesses tied to different parts of the adtech stack, from demand and supply infrastructure to local advertising and commerce media. Chief Executive Officer and Board Chair, Instacart

Nirav Tolia leads Nextdoor as CEO, President, Chairperson of the Board, and Co-Founder, placing him at the center of one of the Bay Area’s more distinctive local media and community platforms. His return to the top leadership role brought him back into day-to-day oversight of a company built around neighborhood engagement and local reach. 

Nextdoor operates a neighborhood-based platform used by residents, local businesses, public agencies, and publishers. Its advertising relevance comes from its position in local media and neighborhood audience reach, giving Tolia a place in an adtech feature through the company’s role in local advertising and community-based digital distribution. 

Rajeev Goel

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, PubMatic

Rajeev Goel is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PubMatic, one of the most established advertising infrastructure companies in the Bay Area. He has led the company as it built out its position in sell-side technology and expanded its focus on AI-driven digital advertising. 

PubMatic is one of the clearest infrastructure companies in this group, operating on the sell side of digital advertising. Its business is tied to helping publishers and media owners manage monetization and advertising supply more efficiently, placing Goel in a leadership role tied directly to programmatic adtech infrastructure in the Bay Area. 

Ikkjin Ahn

Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer, Moloco

Ikkjin Ahn is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Moloco, an advertising technology company built around machine learning-driven performance marketing and commerce media. He has led the company since its founding, overseeing its growth in AI-based advertising tools. 

Moloco’s products span performance advertising, commerce media, and monetization tools built on machine learning systems. That gives Ahn a place in this feature through the company’s role in AI-native advertising and retail media, both of which have become central parts of the Bay Area adtech landscape. 

Jeremy Bondy

Chief Executive Officer, Liftoff

Jeremy Bondy is the Chief Executive Officer of Liftoff, a Redwood City-based company focused on mobile app marketing and user acquisition. His role places him in one of the more direct mobile adtech businesses in the Bay Area, with the company serving app developers and marketers looking to grow through paid acquisition. 

Liftoff gives this feature a mobile adtech company with a business centered on user acquisition and app growth. That makes Bondy one of the more direct adtech executives in the Bay Area slate, particularly within mobile advertising and performance marketing. 

Vibhor Kapoor

Chief Executive Officer, NextRoll

Vibhor Kapoor is the Chief Executive Officer of NextRoll, a San Francisco-based marketing technology company whose products include AdRoll. He took over the role in early 2026, leading a business built around AI-driven advertising, full-funnel campaigns, and account-based marketing. 

NextRoll represents another side of the Bay Area adtech market through products built for multi-channel advertising, ecommerce growth, and B2B account-based marketing. Kapoor’s role puts him at the center of a company whose core business is helping marketers use advertising technology to drive pipeline, conversion, and customer growth.
