Railways has completed preparations to increase the speed of Patna Kota, Patna Indore, Farakka and Kamakhya Bhagat Ki Koti express trains starting from Patna Junction.
Due to Lord Ram’s consecration, Ayodhya-bound trains from Patna Junction and Danapur stations will not be delayed. This in turn increases the speed of the train. In fact, the railway line from Patna to Ayodhya via Lucknow was a single track. Now in five years he has been doubled in size and electrified. Currently, due to lack of interlocking of stations on the Lucknow-Ayodhya Cantt-Shahganj-Jaffrabad railway line, trains are stopped midway at level crossings, resulting in delays. Under these circumstances, this system has been further improved. This will further increase the speed of trains passing through Patna.
Rescued many train passengers including Patnakota and Farakka.
Patna Kota, Patna Indore, Farakka and Kamakhya Bhagat Ki Koti Express trains depart from Patna Junction and pass through Ayodhya Railway Station. Farakka Express has been suspended from January 15th. Meanwhile, Patna Kota and Patna Indore were being operated on alternative routes. According to railway officials, a team from the Northern Railway Headquarters completed interlocking work at the station between January 15 and 21 to increase the speed of trains on this route. The Railway Safety Board (CRS) then inspected it and agreed to allow trains equipped with electric engines to operate on double tracks. Ayodhya road interlocking work has also been completed. Trains that have been canceled or rescheduled on the same route will resume service at increased speeds within the next one to two days.
